By accessing or using MerryForge, you agree to these Terms. The platform facilitates the creation and trading of meme and community tokens via bonding curves on Robinhood Chain.

MerryForge is an independent application built for Robinhood Chain. It is not operated, endorsed, or sponsored by Robinhood.

Meme and community tokens are highly risky and may lose all value. Always review contracts before trading.

Creators may post a USDG creator bond as an accountability deposit. Bonds are locked at launch and during bonding-curve trading. Refund eligibility begins only seven days after token graduation, subject to moderation (including pending slash review and confirmed violations). Bonds are not fees, liquidity, investment products, or guarantees of token safety or value.

No warranties. Use at your own risk. MerryForge and its operators shall not be liable for any losses. These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.
